The Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA)
is a professional organization on a mission to enhance the expertise of its members,
and advance the art and science of total rewards management.

WACABA is a Proud Partner of HRA's 2010 Compensation and Benefits Surveys
The annual HRA-NCA Compensation and Benefits Surveys are designed by and for compensation
professionals. The Surveys describe the Washington-Baltimore metro region job markets.
Each year, more than 600 employers use this report to improve their pay structures,
administer their compensation programs, and prepare proposals for their compensation
and benefits policies.
